Terms of Service
Labor & Billing: $75/hr on-site labor rate with a one-hour minimum.
Custom Builds: Customers are responsible for the compatibility and completeness of parts they supply. If parts are incorrect or faulty, additional labor may be charged for troubleshooting.
Shipping: Nixon Computing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit by courier services.
Data Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up their own data before service. We are not liable for data loss due to pre-existing hardware failures.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
